The first meeting of the fifth president was grandly held
Take on a new mission and embark on a new journey
On the afternoon of May 24, 2024, the first meeting of the fifth president of Dongyang Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai was grandly held in the conference room on the third floor of Tailong Bank, Jiangchang Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai. General Zhi Tianlong, former Deputy Commander of the Eastern Theater Command Navy, Chen Ruhong, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Shanghai Dongyang People's Friendship Association, Pan Lifen, President of the Tailong Bank Jing'an Branch, Guo Liangrong, President of the Shanghai Dongyang Chamber of Commerce, and Supervisor Fang Shijun attended the meeting. Nearly 40 Executive Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents of the Chamber of Commerce, including Du Hongliang, Lu Yong, Zhou Jiangang, and Wang Tengxia, participated. The meeting was chaired by Guo Wengao, Secretary General of the Shanghai Dongyang Chamber of Commerce.
There are a total of eleven agenda items for this conference. Due to venue limitations, several executive vice presidents and vice presidents were unable to attend. The conference room was packed with people, and the atmosphere was lively and grand.
Pan Lifen, the President of Tailong Bank, delivered a welcome speech, warmly welcoming the presidents of Dongyang Chamber of Commerce to visit Tailong Bank, and hoping that Dongyang Chamber of Commerce can strengthen its ties with Tailong Bank. Tailong Bank will also wholeheartedly provide services for Dongyang entrepreneurs.
President Guo Liangrong summarized the work of the Chamber of Commerce in the first five months of 2024. Since the change of office, the Chamber of Commerce has received leaders from all walks of life of Dongyang Municipal Government to visit Shanghai 6 times, visited member enterprises 27 times, held March 8th Women's Day, legal lectures, golf matches and other activities, supported the Youth Federation's activities such as "youth into young enterprises" 5 times, and published official account newsletter 13 times. The successful transition conference and the busy and fulfilling Secretariat work in the early stage have laid a solid foundation for this year's Chamber of Commerce work. President Guo also made requirements and arrangements for the work of the Chamber of Commerce in the last seven months of this year.
Secretary General Guo Wengao reported to the presidents the work plan of the Chamber of Commerce this year and stated that the Chamber of Commerce Secretariat will continue to work hard under the leadership of President Guo Liangrong to provide excellent services for the association and the Chamber of Commerce. The presidents have reviewed and approved the Chamber of Commerce's 2024 work plan.
Chairman Fang Shijun reported on the 2024 budget of the Chamber of Commerce, and the chairpersons actively spoke up, offered suggestions, and reviewed and approved the budget.
Chen Ruhong, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Shanghai Dongyang People's Association, on behalf of the Shanghai Dongyang People's Association and the Association's President Zhang Yaojun, congratulated the successful convening of the first meeting of the fifth session of the Association, congratulated President Guo Liangrong on his re-election as the President of the Shanghai Dongyang Chamber of Commerce, and expressed sincere greetings and good wishes to the leaders and presidents attending the meeting.
Secretary Chen Ruhong conveyed the care and support of the Dongyang Municipal Government for the Shanghai Dongyang Chamber of Commerce. Shanghai Dongyang Chamber of Commerce is rated as the "most distinctive" chamber of commerce by Zhejiang Province, and is an important mechanism arrangement that connects the government and enterprises. It is hoped that this chamber of commerce will uphold its fine traditions and further improve its service work of "chambers of commerce make enterprise development better".
In order to further enhance the service functions of the Chamber of Commerce and strengthen its close ties with enterprises, Dongyang Chamber of Commerce has specially invited ten local talents from different industries, including Xu Xuhong, Chen Tongbin, and Du Lishan, to become part-time deputy secretaries general of the Chamber of Commerce, and issued appointment letters.
Subsequently, the presidents listened to the special lectures on "Investment Don't Get Lost" by Tailong Bank Wealth Advisor and "The Role of Capital in the Transformation of Scientific Research Achievements" by Zhang Xujing, co-founder of Zhonghe Capital. President Guo Liangrong, on behalf of Dongyang Chamber of Commerce, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhonghe Capital.
