On the afternoon of May 24, 2024, the first meeting of the fifth president of Dongyang Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai was grandly held in the conference room on the third floor of Tailong Bank, Jiangchang Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai. General Zhi Tianlong, former Deputy Commander of the Eastern Theater Command Navy, Chen Ruhong, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Shanghai Dongyang People's Friendship Association, Pan Lifen, President of the Tailong Bank Jing'an Branch, Guo Liangrong, President of the Shanghai Dongyang Chamber of Commerce, and Supervisor Fang Shijun attended the meeting. Nearly 40 Executive Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents of the Chamber of Commerce, including Du Hongliang, Lu Yong, Zhou Jiangang, and Wang Tengxia, participated. The meeting was chaired by Guo Wengao, Secretary General of the Shanghai Dongyang Chamber of Commerce.

On the afternoon of January 12th, the second general meeting of the fifth session of the Shanghai Dongyang Chamber of Commerce was held in the conference room on the tenth floor of the Renaissance Shanghai Hotel. More than 100 executive vice presidents, vice presidents, directors, and members attended the meeting, including Ying Binghua, former director of the Organization Department of the Songjiang District Committee of Shanghai, Zhang Yaojun, president of the Shanghai Dongyang People's Association, Guo Liangrong, president of the Shanghai Dongyang Chamber of Commerce, Fang Shijun, Du Hongliang, and Du Ming. The meeting was chaired by Guo Wengao, secretary-general of the Shanghai Dongyang Chamber of Commerce.
